How to choose the correct size
Measure from the angle of the jaw to the middle of the chin. Once you have this measurement ('X'), check the table below to see which size collar you need:

Note: If the measurement is in between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

The Purchase page on this site is only for customers ordering in the UK. If you wish to order from another country then please contact us.
The prices on the Purchase page exclude VAT. The VAT is added on once you have logged on to Paypal or input your debit/credit card details. The total price, including postage and VAT, is then shown. After you have checked the total price you then have the option to submit payment. If you return a completed VAT exemptions form to us (see below) we will refund the VAT.
If you don't use Paypal you have the option of paying by debit/credit card by clicking on 'Check Out' and then clicking on 'Pay with a debit or credit card' which is on the bottom right hand-side of the check-out screen.
Postage is £7.50 for all size of orders.

Please note that due to the nature of these items they are non-returnable.
VAT exemption
You will not need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) if one of the following two conditions applies:
1. You are ordering from outside the UK.
2. You have returned a completed VAT Exemptions Form to us before ordering, unless ordering on our Purchase page in which case VAT will be added to the price but will be paid back to you once we receive a completed VAT Exemptions Form.
